TiO2 WHITE MASTERBATCH

Introduction :

Polyfill TiO2 White Masterbatch PT2002, 65% loaded, is manufactured by blending high quality TiO2 powder in polyethylene of high melt flow index in presence of additives like Antioxidant, Dispersing agent and Desiccant. PT2002 has been specially designed for Poly film, Injection Moulding and Extrusion process.

Calculating The Cost Of Masterbatch In Processing:

The cost of colouring a polymer (Expressed in Rs/kg) with Polyfill Masterbatch can be easily calculated with the simple formula given below :

Colouring Cost = Additional level x (Masterbatch Cost – Polymer cost)/ Total Material Consumed

The opacity of a product depends upon the TiO2 content in the final product.
